Title Insurance Rates Change 8/1/09 

Effective August 1, 2009 title insurance rates in NM have changed.  Please call one of our Escrow Officers or use the Title Insurance Rates calculator in the Real Estate Professionals and Home Buyers area of our web-site.

 

Greater title insurance discounts for refinance

 

Effective May 1, 2009 the premium rates for title policies issued for refinance of a mortgage or deed of trust will receive an increased discount with evidence of a prior policy or prior settlement statement.  Please speak with one of our Escrow Officers for details.
